It calls for assembling specialized teams with new skillsets to suit clients’ changing needs. Even with long-term relationships with clients we’ve had for decades, it's a partnership across various challenges that clients need solving, not just one kind of work. Alternatively, we offer a wellness stipend for each Associate to choose how they want to use it. Wellness - They are eligible for the same type of benefits of full-time. Tools & Equipment - Computer, software programs, and technology licenses for the full engagement Learning & development - access to our workshops, learning opportunities Stability - A minimum 20 total weeks (or comparative hours) guaranteed over 12-monthsĬulture & Community - Office space at any of our physical locations, email access, agency events, even when not on projects Any R/GA alumni, or R/GA frequent freelancer can apply. Associates allows us to stay connected to that talent in a more flexible, but consistent way. R/GA produces some of the best talent in the business, that we tend to keep working with. ![]() It represented the amazing independent talent that was brought in-how many R/GAers started. The A in R/GA has always stood for Associates. We recognized there needed to be a third way, an alternative to just full time or freelance. Finally(!) got to announce a talent program we've had in the works for years.
